Moroheiya noodles have no artificial coloring, artificial scent and preservatives, and are non-fried. They can be used in a variation of delicious international food recipes such as: noodle dishes, spaghetti dishes and fried noodles with gravy dishes.

Our baked goods are sweetened with organic unrefined sugar and we do not use artificial, processed ingredients such as food colouring, improvers or premixes. We also thicken our soups naturally with vegetables.
