To serve food that is honest and wholesome, we take the care to select the freshest natural ingredients to craft our food, giving you peace of mind when you dine. Our baked goods are sweetened with organic unrefined sugar and we do not use artificial, processed ingredients such as food colouring, improvers or premixes. We also thicken our soups naturally with vegetables.
As a pioneer of healthy food options, our underlying guiding principle is to ensure that only the most honest, time-tested methods of cooking are used to make delicious food that also nourishes you, so that you can eat well, and be well.

At Cedele (say “se-deli”) our story started with, well, a starter.
And it was our sourdough breads made from scratch, no shortcuts, that got us off to a good start. Our mother dough has been cultivated for over two decades, which explains how we’re able to serve such crusty, airy and rich tasting sourdoughs. With good bread as our starting point, we soon began to put grain bowls, soups and salads on our menu.
And because there’s always room for dessert, we started serving cakes. Whether you’re seeking a slice of a sugarless alternative for yourself, or want to score points with the family with a good Gula Melaka Pandan cake, we’ve got just the option for you.

Chiak, which is Hokkien for ‘Eat’, is an Asian-inspired salad and noodle bar that pays homage to local homestyle flavours that have been embraced by generations. We serve modern and healthy creations that taste like the comfort food you know and love.
Choose from warm noodles, hearty rice and salad bowls filled with melt-in-your-mouth savoury meats and fresh vegetable sides. Or sink your teeth into our classic pandan kaya and butter toast - to be enjoyed with a divine cup of kopi. Ours is a crafted blend of Arabica and Robusta beans roasted with pure butter to bring out the rich caramel flavours and full-bodied taste - all without trans fat.
